Spatial and Temporal Variation of Total Column Ozone over Turkey with MERRA-2

The main aim of this study is to analyse spatial and temporal variation total column ozone as well the trend over Turkey with MERRA-2 Reanalysis for period 1980-2019. First all, compared Brewer Spectrophotometer located in Ankara study. As a result, it found that agrees quite (R2=0.9781) from Spectrophotometer. analysis indicates statistically significant decreasing 1980-1999 period, non-significant 2000-2009 increasing 2010-2019 period. highest annual average are Istanbul, Canakkale Samsun cities values 326.3±6.9 DU, 324.0±6.7 DU 322.2±6.6 respectively. Total spring, followed by winter, lowest summer autumn seasons Turkey.
